7 years of IT experience across enterprise support, cloud infrastructure, and observability engineering. Building scalable monitoring solutions and automating the systems that keep critical infrastructure running.
Background, experience, and what I'm working toward
I'm an IT Engineer based in Atlanta, GA with 7 years of experience spanning NOC operations, enterprise technical support, cloud support engineering, and observability. I currently work at Gulfstream Aerospace, where I administer monitoring infrastructure and build observability solutions that give teams real-time visibility into corporate networks, databases, and applications.
My day-to-day involves Grafana, ManageEngine Applications Manager, and OpManager, as well as infrastructure-as-code and event-driven remediation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and Azure DevOps pipelines. I'm actively expanding into container orchestration with Kubernetes and OpenShift as part of ongoing platform modernisation work.
I'm looking to grow into roles focused on infrastructure engineering, SRE, or platform engineering — areas where my monitoring expertise and automation skills can go deeper.

My professional background across 7 years in IT
Things I've built, deployed, or am actively working on
Deploying and configuring a Grafana observability stack within an OpenShift (Kubernetes) environment at Gulfstream Aerospace. Involves managing containerised deployments, configuring data sources, and building dashboards for infrastructure and application monitoring at enterprise scale.
Developed infrastructure-as-code and automated remediation workflows at Gulfstream using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and Azure DevOps Pipelines — reducing manual intervention for recurring infrastructure events.
Personal lab environment used to experiment with infrastructure technologies outside of work — including Linux administration, container deployments, and tooling that complements my professional skill set. More projects coming soon.
